She was predeceased by: her mother Veronica Sloan. She is survived by: her father Patrick Sloan; her brothers, Brian and Darrin Sloan; her sisters-in-law, Devyn and Erika Sloan; and her siblings' children, Logan, Caleb and Eva.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tj McGowan Sons Funeral Home (71 Central Hwy, Garnerville, NY 10923). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (115 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY 10927).

“Lisa was and is my best friend. My heart is broken. She was a great friend and she was always there for me through my most difficult losses and I couldn’t imagine losing her. She could always make me laugh, she was generous and kind and I loved her very much. She’s the first person I would call and many days the first person I would see. I wish I could have her back and nothing will fill the void of her loss. Whether we were singing or cooking or watching a movie. She made my day better.”
