He is survived by: his wife Thelma Faye Thorn; his sons, Donald Thorn and James (Nancy Thorn); his grandsons, John, Donnie, Jacob and Colin; his great grandchild Savanna Thorn; and his sister Marion Wilson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
