He is survived by: his children, William Michael (Rebekah), Robert James, Deborah Ann (Peter) and John David (Kim); his wife Gayle; his daughter Kathleen; and his sister Geraldine Hinkley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
