He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelvia Bush and Leon "Joe" Wells; and his sisters, Michelle Goot, Robin Wells and Hope Bush.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lewis; his siblings, Jason Bush (Melissa) of Ticonderoga and Stacie Bush (Dane Blood) of Ticonderoga; and his stepchildren, Eric Lewis, Daniel Lewis, Brad Swinton and Tammy McDonald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
