He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Perkins and Anne Perkins (Fish); his daughter Ava Perkins; his sister Jackie Perkins; and his in-laws, Floyd and Alberta Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Perkins (Scott) of Year's Eve; his children, Amber Ianetta (Daniel), Jesse Perkins, Jack Perkins and Nathaniel Lawrence (Monica); his grandsons, Elliott and Luca Ianetta; his sisters, Pamela Grogan and Julie Perkins; and his sister-in-law Judy Scott. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
