He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Brown Sr. and Ellen Lowery (Koel); his stepmother Julia Brown; his brothers, Jeffrey Noyes and Stanley Dillow; and his sisters-in-law, Tamme Dillow and Marilyn Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Brown (Gibbs); his daughters, Jennifer Martin (Joseph) of Clifton Park, NY, Jaime Waldron (Ritch) of Ticonderoga, NY, Jodi Kay Bonilla (Jose) of San Antonio, TX and Heather Ortez (Jack) of Modesto, CA; his grandchildren, Maximus, Breanna, Brennon, Austin, Kaylee, Jaydon, Jathan, Jeliessa, Jose Jr., Justice and Jack; his great grandchildren, Peyton and Beau; his siblings, Ralph Brown Jr., Steven Dillow, Julie Cruickshank (Mike), Roxanne Shaner, Marilyn Anderson (Lance) and Steven Noyes (Sue); and his close friend Kevin Fitzgerald of Long Island. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
One of his proudest accomplishments was connecting his work to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, giving others the opportunity to experience the joy of fishing.
