Thomas N. Provoncha Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas N. Provoncha of Ticonderoga, New York, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick L. Provoncha and Laura Provoncha (Denesha); his siblings, Fred N., Melvin (Bud), Ann, Bill, Norman and Marguerite (Peg); and his former wife Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his son Christian Provoncha; his grandson Brandon Provoncha; and his daughter Carol Provoncha.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home (11 Algonkin St, Ticonderoga, NY 12883). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (22 Father Jogues Pl, Ticonderoga, NY 12883).
