It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas N. Provoncha of Ticonderoga, New York, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick L. Provoncha and Laura Provoncha (Denesha); his siblings, Fred N., Melvin (Bud), Ann, Bill, Norman and Marguerite (Peg); and his former wife Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his son Christian Provoncha; his grandson Brandon Provoncha; and his daughter Carol Provoncha.
