She was predeceased by: her son David Martin; and her grandson Brian. She is survived by: her children, Connie Smith, Sherry Hazel, Kenneth Baize, Kevin Baize and Penny Baize; and her grandchildren, Paula, Dawn, Nicole, Shawn, Heather, Andrea, Alex and Kevin Jr.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
