She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel McMillan; and her granddaughter Stephanie. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Collins (Timothy) and Roberta Prezioso (Franklin); and her grandchildren, Christopher (Kelly), Ryan (Maggie), Quinn (Brendan), Natalie, Rocco, Matteo, Cormac and Livy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Audrey may be made to Kaleida Foundation-Cardiac Rehab, c/o DeGraff Memorial Hospital Therapy Services, 415 Tremont St., North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
