With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Mislin of Tonawanda, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Barbara farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Barbara is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore W. Mislin Sr.; her parents, Joseph Popovich and Mary Popovich; and her son Theodore W. Mislin Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dana Mislin-Langa (Mark Langa), Lisa Mislin (Alan Mitchell) and Sara Jean Mislin (late Kevin Wisniewski); and her grandchildren, Dylan Langa, Brionna Dussault, Lilly Dussault and Nathan Wisniewski.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John O. Roth Funeral Home (25 William St, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
