She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald C. Petrzelka and Laura G. Petrzelka; and her sister Cathy Petrzelka. She is survived by: her sisters, Janet Bowdin (late Glenn), Teresa Petrzelka (Gerry Myerson) and Linda Lecht. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
