In the sacred silence of farewell, Carolyn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carolyn's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic Distilo; her daughter-in-law Diana Distilo; her parents, Salvatore Zarcone and Pauline Zarcone; and her sister Donna Aronica.
She is survived by: her sons, Rocco Distilo (Gari-Sue) and Dominic Distilo (Jackie); her grandsons, Dominic and Rocco Distilo; and her brothers, Carl Zarcone and Gerald Zarcone. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) (885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14226). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Christopher Church (2660 Niagara Falls Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
