Cecil Ammerman III Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 24, 2025, Cecil Ammerman III (Tonawanda, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ammerman II and Eunice Getty; and his brother David Getty (late Kimune). He is survived by: his wife Karen Ammerman; his children, Adrianna Ammerman, Carolyn Evans and John Ammerman; his grandchildren, Allen Gore, Nyssa Gore and Joshua Ammerman; his stepfather Robert Getty; his sibling Glenn Ammerman (late Michele); and his sister-in-law Linda Barat. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Cecil may be made to National Parks Conservation Assn. or to the Buffalo Historical Society.
