She was predeceased by: her stepchildren, Deborah Horn and Donald G. Horn Jr.; her husbands, David L. DeLisle and Donald G. Horn Sr.; and her siblings, Diane Vitale (late Donald), Linda Haggerty (late James) and Donald E. Koch (late Linda).
She is survived by: her son Darryl L. DeLisle; her stepson Anthony Horn (Pamela); and her grandchildren, Evan, Tyler and Isabella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
