“Uncle Dan had a heart of gold. Whether it was taking my father's forgotten pills up to the farm, going to the Chevy dealership to get the employee discount, or loading landscaping stones at Lowes. You never felt as though you were putting him out . One of our fondest memories was at the Pollack pit for the Christmas party, Uncle Dan parked at the end of the bar, holding court!”
