He was predeceased by: his close friend Janice Yoder. He is survived by: his son Timothy Phillips (Christan); his grandchild Parker; his close friends, Kelly Hahn (Daryl), D. J. and Kayla; and his sisters, Gloria Myers and Deborah Broas (late David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
