He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Kinney. He is survived by: his spouse Jeremy Kinney; and his parents, Richard Kinney and Patricia Kinney.

Due to COVID restrictions, private Services will be held.

Memorials may be made in memory of David to Niagara Hospice.
