Diane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Elwood J. "Jim" Hammond, Jr.; her daughter Tonia Hammond; her parents, Marian Brewer and Orville Thomas; and her sisters, Nancy Palmer and Mary Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Hayes (Clifford Forney) and Jade Wilkins (Michael); her grandchildren, Sebastian, Emily, Mason, Caelob, Makayla and Aubrey; and her siblings, Richard Brewer, Michael Thomas and Patricia Balser (late Dennis).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John O. Roth Funeral Home (25 William St, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the John O. Roth Funeral Home, Inc. (25 William St, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
