He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunnard Johnson and Marie Johnson; his son Matthew; his granddaughter Kayla; and his brothers, Charles (Susanne) and Ralph Johnson (Nancy).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hamm-Johnson; his children, Susan Johnson, Linda Shultz (Donald), Krista Stryker (David), Donald Johnson (Sandra) and Eric Hamm-Johnson; his grandchildren, Garrett, David, Hannah, Lauren, Rachel, Elsa, Mya, Amanda, Gregory, Daniel and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Quentin, Bryson, Mykah, Kayden, Maria, Patrick and Luke; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Hamm (Janice), Fred Hamm (Gail) and Marinna Hamm (late Merle); his friend William Lawson (Rosann); his grandsons, Bruce and Jacob; and his friend Lisa Schneider (Kevin). He is also survived by friends and family.
