He was predeceased by : his wife Irene J. Springer; and his parents, Arthur Springer and Venorma Springer. He is survived by : his children, Cynthia Weber (Don), Thomas Springer and Susan Springer; his grandchildren, KC, Tim and Kaitlyn Weber Kilbourne (Brett); his great grandchild Cillian Weber Kilbourne; and his sister Joanne Tuck (late Lynn).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred to The Historical Society of the Tonawandas or have a tree planted in memory of Donald.
