She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Ciccarelli. She is survived by: her husband Donald K. Kozlowski; her sons, Kevin (Julie), Gary and Karl Kozlowski (Samantha); and her sister Helen Kwasniewski. She is also survived by grandchildren and (10) great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
