He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Heidi Holm (Hall); his children, Erin Day, Kristy Holm, Lisa Stastyshyn (Matthew) and Jennifer Annunziato (Chuck); his grandchildren, Patrick, Kayla, Jessi, Ashlee, Jack, Nathan, Emily and Matthew; his siblings, Kathy Valint (Steve) and David Holm (Diane); and his parents, John Holm and Dolores Holm. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
