He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Neal. He is survived by: his sister Anne Neal; his wife Carol Neal; his son Jim Neal (Carol) of Gibsonia; his nieces, Joanne Wilkinson and Susan Hutchison; his cousins, Paula Hale, Lin Beuerle, Jan Daniels and Eugene Hale; and his close friend Mary Schweyen.
