We are sad to announce that, on November 7, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jack Carlson of Tonawanda, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Carol James. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary M. Carlson; his sons, Christopher M. Carlson and Craig M. Carlson (Maureen); his grandchildren, Katherine Elter (Robert), Kristine, Elizabeth, Andrew Carlson and Vanessa Smith; his great grandchild Delaney Elter; and his siblings, Howard Carlson (late Marjorie), Linda Ferguson, Kenneth Carlson (Linda) and Brenda Himes (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions occupancy will be limited to 25 people at a time.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kenmore Mercy Hospital Foundation, 2950 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14127, or to the American Lung Association, 210 John Glenn Dr. #3, Buffalo, NY 14228.
