He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbert Runge and Alida Runge (Rice); his wife Carol Runge (Browning); his children, Barbara Miller (John), John Runge (Ida), Deborah Phillips (James), Diane Runge, Marie Skowronski (David) and Mary Allison (Robert); and his siblings, Carl Runge (Anne) and Dawn Fairman (Carl). He was also cherished by 16 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren, and many Nieces and Nephews.
