He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Horton (Robert Mergenhagen), Jamie Horton and JoAnna Brinkworth (Michael Baker); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Ashley), Thomas, Nina and Adored; his great grandchildren, Lexie, Jo-Lina, Jada, Gianni and Cora Rue; and his caregivers, Maria and Danielle. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
