She was predeceased by: her parents, Casey Kubala and Harriet Barchicowski (Vince); her husband Edward Mlynarski; her son Edward R. Mlynarski; her brothers, Joseph and Robert Kubala; and her grandson Shawn Tompkins.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Tompkins, David Mlynarski (Yu) and Kathleen Harrington-McDonell (Craig); her daughter-in-law Lorraine Mlynarski; and her sister Camille Sippel. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
