He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marilyn Lewis (Meyer); his children, David J. Lewis (Daniel Folwell), Lori Ann Lewis and Robin L. Lewis; his grandsons, Joshua Cook (Kristine), Jacob Cook (Charotte), Joseph Lewis and Shane Botti; his great grandchildren, Mya, Ava, Joshua Jr. and Greysen; his sister Linda Holler (Richard); and his cousin Joann Burr (Richard).
