She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul Kowalski; her daughters, Julie Higgins III (Leonard), Peggy Orlowski (Ken) and Linda Leslie (Craig); her grandchildren, Sarah Higgins, Jessica Higgins (Jeff Silber), Leonard Higgins IV, Owen Leslie and Gwen Leslie; and her parents, Roy Day and Helen Day.
