He was predeceased by: his spouse Gail Susan Gauda. He is survived by: his children, Chris and Derek Gauda (Shannon); his grandchildren, Liliana and Savanah; and his siblings, Dave Gauda (late Pat), Rosemary Scull (Dennis) and Kevin Gauda (Charlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
