He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Demske and Rosemarie Demske. He is survived by: his significant other Carol A. Karnath; his sons, Andrew Demske (Angela) and Alec Demske (Kelly); his grandchildren, Raelynn, Weston and Landon Demske; his siblings, John Demske, Mike Demske, Kathy Glaser and Michele Bettendorf; and his pets, Holly and Ella.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) (885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14226). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Amelia's Church (2999 Eggert Rd, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joe's name to Hospice Buffalo Foundation or to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
