He was predeceased by: his sibling Debbra Cole. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Aldana (Floyd), Sarah, Rebecca and Hannah; his parents, Richard and Dolores; his brother Richard Twardowski (Ginny); and his niece Kathryn.

If desired, donations may be made in Joe's memory to the Erie County SPCA.
