She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Ruff; and her parents, Leo Pigut and Catherine Pigut. She is survived by: her children, Michael Ruff (Joe Zurek), Mark Ruff (Joanne) and Sherry Maynard (Michael); her grandchildren, Maria Ruff, Nicholas Ruff and Jodie Maynard (Ana); and her great grandchildren, Ayanna and Kyro.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judith's honor to Hospice Care of Buffalo.
