She was predeceased by: her brother Mark Dunham. She is survived by: her parents, Bud Dunham and Teresa Dunham; her close friend Phil; her pet Baby; her sons, Christopher Lockett and Cory Lockett; and her siblings, Robert Dunham, JoAnn Dunham (Mary Alice) and Terri Brown. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
Memorial donations may be made in Lisa's name to "Ten Lives Club" a non profit cat rescue.
