She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence A. Welnowski; and her parents, Stella Bursik and Joseph Bursik. She is survived by: her children, Lawrence A. Jr. (Amy) and Christian D. Welnowski (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Jared, Alyssa and Casey; and her brother Matthew Bursik (Betty).
