She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas W. LaVean; and her parents, Otto F. Achtziger and Jennie Achtziger. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Austin (James), Linda Lorich, Thomas A. LaVean (Mary) and Katherine LaVean Pramprasert. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
