We announce the death of Maureen Carlson of Tonawanda, New York, who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 58. Maureen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Maureen will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Maureen will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Maureen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Craig M. Carlson; her daughter Elizabeth M. Carlson; her parents, Morley Daehn and Shirley Daehn; and her siblings, Charles Daehn (Margaret), Charlotte Zwara (David), Morley Daehn (Joann), Mary Holleran (Kevin) and Michael Daehn. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and 3 great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John O. Roth Funeral Home (25 William St, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in memory of Maureen may be made to "Give Kids The World".
