It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mrityunjoy Sengupta (Tonawanda, New York), who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jharna Sengupta; his children, Pallab Sengupta and Sourav Sengupta (Elizabeth); his granddaughters, Mona and Maya; and his siblings, Arati Sengupta, Ajoy Segupta, Dhananjoy Sengupta and Uma Roy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tonawanda Chapel (2600 Sheridan Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Amigone Funeral Home, Inc. (2600 Sheridan Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
