Lowes of Tonawanda, New York, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away at the age of 89, on August 28, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Quinn and Vera [Conroy] Quinn; and also Thomas D. Lowes. She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Barbara), Sean (Elizabeth), Patra Lowes (Donald Sibley) and Tara Gatto (Tony); her grandchildren, Katie Shapiro (Adam), Sean Lowes (Meg), Elizabeth and Jack Gatto; and her sister Joan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
