Peter leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Peter’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Peter will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his sister Anna Greenberg (Melvin); and his parents, Gust Pavlakis and Mary Pavlakis. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Lemonis Pavlakis (Betty); and his children, Dean (Pat Christian), Tina (David Bowling, MD) and Martha, MD (Jonathan Einbinder, MD). He is also survived by three children, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tonawanda Chapel (2600 Sheridan Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Amigone Funeral Home, Inc. (2600 Sheridan Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church (146 W Utica St, Buffalo, NY 14222). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Elmlawn Cemetery (3939 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14217).
