He is survived by: his children, RaeShelle Sander (Edward), Megan Morningstar, Cassandra Morningstar (Bill Bush) and Ray F. Morningstar II; his grandchildren, Dylan Rae Sander, Nicole and Allison Gross; and his sister Juanita Morningstar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
