He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah (Cheryl), Jason (Alexandra) and Adored (Melissa Rush); his stepsons, Kevin (Caitlin) and Michael Rush (Gunce); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Jr., Matthew, Bentley, Charlie, Maddie and Rhys; and his sisters, Susan McFayden and Evelyn Spadinger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
