He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Nice and Irwin Nice; his brother Harold Nice (Marcia); and his stepsister Patty Beagle. He is survived by: his wife Serena Nice; his children, Donna Christopher (Salvatore), Cheryl A. Nice (Martin Florea) and Richard T. Nice (Amy); his grandchildren, Rachel, Anthony, Salvatore, Thomas Christopher, Richard and Ryan Nice; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Avina and Mateo Christopher; and his sister-in-law Katherine Scappechio (late Anthony). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
