He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dugan and Bertha Dugan; his son Brian Dugan (Ann Marie); and his brother William Dugan. He is survived by: his son Daniel Dugan; his grandsons, Jackson and Aidan Dugan; his brother Rev. James Dugan; Mary Kelly Dugan. He is also survived by family and friends.
