He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bannan and Loretta Bannan; and his parents-in-law, Angelo and Mary Ricci. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Bannan; his daughters, Lisa Abramo (James) and Michelle Lazazzero (Arthur); and his grandchildren, John Abramo, Sydney Lazazzero and Mark Abramo.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) (885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14226). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Amelia RC Church (2999 Eggert Rd, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
