She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Becker and Dorothy Becker (Holmes); her former husband Michael R. Amo; and her siblings, Benjamin, Robert Becker and Nancy Reber.
She is survived by: her husband Jamie J. Clelan; her children, Vicki Croop (Tom), Todd Amo (Tracey) and Brad Clelan (Erin); her sister Sandra Kerruish; her grandchildren, Nathan Amo, Grace, Colin, Elizabeth Croop, Daimon, Ciara and Ethan Clelan; her stepgrandchildren, Terrence Hellerer, III, Timothy Hellerer, Taylor Tycz, Jonathan Olka, Jr. and Alyssa Bergey; and her stepgreat-grandson Emmitt Bergey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Oishei Children's Hospital in Sally's memory.
