She was predeceased by: her grandchild Baby J.; and her mother Beverly Frasier. She is survived by: her husband Paul J. Kaczmarek; her child Kandace Blendowski (Andrew); her stepdaughters, Samantha Uplinger (Chad) and Jennifer Griffin (Josh); her grandchildren, Elizabella, Chase, Ethan, Jacob, Savannah, Sedona, Joshua Jr. and Jeremy; her father Richard Frasier (Kathleen); and her siblings, Richard Frasier, Jr. (Cindy), Cindy Merkling (late Keith) and Jeffrey Frasier, Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Tammy may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
