It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa O'Keeffe of Tonawanda, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa O'Keeffe to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband David J. O'Keeffe; her son Mark P.; her parents, Clara Hemingway and John Hemingway; and her brothers, Miles Hemingway (late Marlene), Richard Hemingway (late Joan), Max Hemingway (Pat) and Benny Hemingway (Dolores).

She is survived by: her children, Robert J. (Darlene) and Thomas J. O'Keeffe; her grandchildren, Kerrie Swartz (Robert), Casey O'Keeffe and Robert D. O'Keeffe; her great grandchild Lily Mae Swartz; and her brother Robert Hemingway (Betty). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
