It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. DeJac (Tonawanda, New York), who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Thomas may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara DeJac; his children, Kelly Slocum (Anthony) and Kerrie Reiser (William); his grandsons, Jacob, Henry, Joshua and Andrew; his parents, Thomas P. DeJac and Ruby DeJac; and his brother Mark DeJac (Todd Geise).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tonawanda Chapel (2600 Sheridan Dr, Tonawanda, NY 14150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
