With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera Silverwood (Tonawanda, New York), who passed away on February 7, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Silverwood; her parents, Harold Voisinet and Evelyn Voisinet; and her brother Ernest F. Voisinet. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Houghtling (Richard) and Cheryl Holmes (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Dr. Richard Houghtling, Jr. (Sergey), Kristen Przybyla (Ken), Thomas Holmes (Denise) and Jamie Farrell (Brendan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Assn. of WNY.
